ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to fill the role of Administrative Clerk. The successful candidate will provide essential office and field support, including:

• Managing front desk/reception duties (answering calls, greeting visitors)
• Handling clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
• Assisting with submissions and follow-ups at BURS, CIPA, Local Banks, Immigration, Labour Departments, and other relevant offices

• Performing basic computer work (MS Office, emails, spreadsheets)
• Supporting general administrative functions as needed
• Opportunity for role expansion based on performance

Requirements:

• Motswana (preferred)
• Aged 21-35 years
• Driver’s License (essential)
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, emails)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required
• Must be ready to obtain a Police Clearance Report from Botswana Police Service
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
