BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – MISS WORLD BOTSWANA

Miss World Botswana is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in driving the organization’s growth through strategic stakeholder relationship management and revenue generation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a robust revenue generation strategy to secure sponsorships, partnerships, and other funding opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, government entities, and media houses.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the Miss World Botswana brand.
• Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to enhance brand visibility and commercial success.
• Manage negotiations and contracts related to sponsorship and partnership agreements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or sponsorship coordination, preferably in the events, media, or entertainment industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to develop strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth.
• Passion for pageantry, media, and brand development is a plus.
