MARKETING MANAGER (Brand, Digital Marketing, Corporate Social Responsibility and Communications) – Access Bank

Main Purpose:

Implementation of key Brand, Digital Marketing, Corporate Social Responsibility, Communications, and strategic business management initiatives to support the overall business and brand goals and objectives.

Be a brand ambassador including the willingness to collaborate with other functions in the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contributes to the development and implementation of Brand, Digital Marketing, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Communication strategies.
• Enhance the Bank’s positioning, awareness & visibility in the market.
• Quality of Corporate Social Responsibility/ ESG events, Employee volunteer programme. activities, commendation received, and reports generated.
• Digital marketing performance; website, social media, toolbox, intranet, emailer activities, sales leads performance e.t.c.
• Solid public relations activities include media management and crisis communication.
• People Management.
• Adherence to policies.
• Financial Soundness: Support in the achievement of financial targets.
• Service Quality.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-years’ cognate experience in digital marketing, brand, and communications.
• Solid knowledge of content management systems, website analytics tools, google-analytics tools, monitoring and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Communication (oral and written). Fluent in English and Setswana.
• Resilience, Tenacity, and Integrity.
• Interpersonal skills and Teamwork.
• Highly Organized and Creative.
• Basic graphic design and infographic creation, photography, and videography skills will be an added advantage.
