Job Vacancy: Community Trust Coordinator

Are you passionate about community development, environmental sustainability, and indigenous knowledge systems? We are seeking a dedicated and visionary Community Trust Coordinator to lead and manage our community-driven initiatives with impact and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the strategic planning, implementation, and monitoring of community-based projects.
• Foster strong relationships with local communities, stakeholders, donors, and government bodies.
• Promote sustainable use and conservation of natural resources, including indigenous plants.
• Coordinate capacity-building activities, training workshops, and knowledge-sharing platforms.
• Ensure compliance with donor and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Lead fundraising efforts and support proposal development for new funding opportunities.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Natural Resource Management, Environmental Sciences, Indigenous Plants, or a closely related field.
• Strong leadership and project management experience in community development or environmental projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with traditional leaders, community groups, and external partners.
• Deep understanding of Botswana’s environmental landscape and indigenous knowledge systems.
• PhD qualification will be a significant advantage.

Job Vacancy: Sports Coordinator

We’re looking for a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Sports Coordinator to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee sports programs and activities across multiple disciplines.
• Develop and implement coaching clinics, workshops, and training sessions.
• Organize local and regional tournaments and competitions.
• Collaborate with schools, clubs, and community organizations to promote sports development.
• Monitor and evaluate athlete and team performance.
• Support the development of strategic plans for sports development.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Sports Science or related field.
• Recognized Coaching Certification
• Proven experience in sports coordination or coaching, especially working with youth or community programs.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Soccer management or coaching experience will be a strong advantage.
