LODGE ADMINISTRATOR

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient administrative operations of the lodge, supporting the management team and delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all administrative tasks, including guest bookings, invoicing, and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate records and files.
• Coordinate logistics and supplies.
• Assist with guest inquiries and requests.
• Provide general administrative support to the lodge management team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
