1. GENERAL MANAGER

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager to lead and oversee the overall operations of one of our lodges. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury hospitality management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of lodge operations, including guest services, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Manage budgets and financial performance.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Maintain strong relationships with guests, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in a senior management role in luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving business results.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
• Passion for conservation and sustainable tourism.
