We are an independently managed software division of RSM Botswana. Established in 1992, the company is a well-known Sage and SYSPRO Software solutions company specialising in implementing and supporting Sage accounting, payroll, HR, and SYSPRO ERP solutions. The mission is to enhance the user experience of the products by customising the products to suit to needs of the organizations.

In response to the growth witnessed in cloud-based ERP application software like Sage Intacct, and Sage ERP X3, Sage 300 People and Sage Business Cloud we have a vacancy for a Director to promote and support Higher-end Sage products. The Director is expected to recruit citizen consultants, to oversee their Performance and manage the implementation budget allocated to the team. Besides, Director should train a citizen resource to take over the management of small to medium segment clients as our clientele is growing. The job entails managing, training, implementing and supporting Sage solutions, researching on new ISV solutions besides training the consultants. The Director reports to the Managing Director.

The candidate must have an in-depth knowledge of accounting and business processes.

Should have management experience preferably with a software solutions provider. Should have an aptitude for upgrading software skills and imparting those to fellow consultants. Will require minimum ten years of experience. Should have accounting and appropriate vendor-accredited software qualifications.
