Jindal Mmamabula Energy Project, part of US 18 billion 0 P Jindal Group holds Mining License for about 3 billion tonnes of coal in the East Mmamabula Coal Fields.

The company has plans to carry out initially mining of 4.5 million tonnes per annum of coal and to set up a 600 MW power plant at Mmamabula, along with the related infrastructure works. Jindal, on behalf of all the companies under the group, intends to have a strong group presence in Botswana and to contribute substantially in nation building through job creation and community development. Middle Mgmt. Level

To collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead the end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations for the 4X175 MW Thermal Power Plant (Green Power Projects), ensuring timely movement of materials, equipment, and resources. The role involves strategic planning and execution of logistics operations, including inbound and outbound transportation, inventory control, customs clearance, and vendor coordination, aligned with best industry practices to support overall project timelines and business objec-tives.

The applicant should hold a bachelor’s / Management degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with 15+ years of experience in handling large-scale industrial or infrastructure project logistics.

A strong background in freight management, port handling, international shipping, and coordination with customs and regulatory bodies is essential.

Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems, logistics MIS, and cost optimization strategies is a must.
