Motor Vehicle Accident Fund invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following position:

SENIOR MANAGER CUSTOMER SERVICE

Main Purpose of the Job:

Responsible for coordination of all branch operations to ensure the efficient receipt and processing of claims in accordance with the provisions of MVA Fund Act and regulations, ensuring efficient front office customer services to claimants.

Position Requirements

• Degree in Health, Social Sciences, Customer Relations related field or Masters degree in related field.
• Candidates with a strong background in customer services will have an added advantage.

Relevant Experience

• At least 8 years post graduate qualification experience in health or customer services environment with demonstrable supervisory experience.
