QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER – Flotek Pipes and Irrigation

Radical Investments Pty Ltd t/a Flotek Pipes and Irrigation, a well-established PVC Pipe & Tank manufacturing company having operations in Lobatse, Gaborone & Ramotswa is looking for the services of qualified persons for the following vacancies.

Quality Assurance Manager

The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Plastic Polymer or related Diploma qualification with training on all ISO Standards implementation.

The candidate should have a minimum work experience of over 20 years in plastic manufacturing environment, managing Quality Assurance/ Quality Control Management System and ISO accreditation, training and implementation in a plastic pipe manufacturing environment, with specialisation in in PVC/HDPE/ LDPE Pipes and Fittings.

The candidate should have been in management for the at least 7 years. The candidate must develop standards that guides and manages accreditation of Flotek manufacturing standards with SABS, BOBS, ISO and other Product Approval bodies. The candidate will be expected to develop and lead a team of Flotek ISO internal auditors, facilitate testing of finished products as per regulators standards and testing of raw materials as per international standards.
