SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR – Khato Civils

Qualification and Experience

• BSc Quantity Surveying(QS) or Honours in Quantity Survey
•  South African Council of Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP) or any other recognised professional body will be an added advantage
•  15+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering construction preferably water infrastructure
•  Certified Coding Specialist (CCS)
•  Contract law and insurance
•  Basic financial reporting
•  Construction methods and outputs, programming, and scheduling
•  SHEQ legislation
•  Basic IR, including relevant labour legislation
•  At least 8-10 years’ experience in a similar position and business strategy, contract management, commercial and legal management; operational planning and implementation.
•  Excellent Communication and computer skills
•  Be able to make decisions and be a team player
•  Ability to work under pressure
