Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining medical laboratory equipment at various healthcare facilities. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, commission, calibrate, and maintain medical laboratory equipment across various locations.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and respond promptly to breakdowns and troubleshooting needs.
Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all customer interactions. Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality protocols, and safety procedures.
Serve as a technical advisor to clients, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience installing and servicing medical laboratory analyzers.
Hands-on experience with Hematology, Chemistry, Immunochemistry, and Flow Cytometry analyzers is highly preferred.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel as required to support clients in diverse healthcare settings.
