KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage end to end contract administration, from negotiation to execution and close out.
• Ensure all contracts comply with legal, company and regulatory standards
• Liase with clients, subcontractors, suppliers to ensure the smooth delivery of contractual obligations
• Assist in the preparation of tenders, bids and proposals
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in contract management, preferably within the quarrying, mining or construction industry
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
