Akheel Jinabhai & Associates, in association with Mckee Commercial Law, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Secretary/Paralegal for our esteemed commercial department.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing secretarial and administrative support to the Corporate Commercial team.
• Drafting, formatting, and proofreading correspondence and legal documents.
• Assisting with company secretarial work, including filing of statutory documents and maintaining departmental records.
• Conducting legal research and summarising findings.
• Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating departmental activities.
• Maintaining and organizing files, both electronic and physical.
• Liaising with clients and other third parties as required.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• A recent LLB graduate from a recognized university.
• Strong interest in corporate and commercial law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to manage documentation efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
