VACANCY 

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

– Responsible for senior-level decision-making, day-to-day management, and strategic direction in the areas of Human Capital Management.
– Ensure equitable and transparent implementation of the University’s employment policies and practices.
– Guide the department’s staff to achieve its goals effectively.

Academic Qualification:

– Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

Professional Certification:

– Membership in a recognized Human Resources professional organization.

Experience

At least ten (10) years post-qualification experience, with five (5) at a managerial level.
