Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
• Oversee monthly management accounts, statutory reporting, and audit preparation
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and insurance regulatory requirements
• Provide strategic financial advice and decision support to leadership
• Mentor and manage the finance team to drive high performance
• Ensure timely preparation, submission, and compliance with all relevant tax filings and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/ACCA/CIMA preferred)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior finance role, preferably in Financial Services

Competencies and Skills:

• Strategic thinking and business acumen
• Advanced knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS 17)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership capabilities
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools
• Must have experience preparing and presenting financial reports to the Board and Executive Management
