Your Day-to-Day:

– Greet guests, answer calls & direct with confidence
– Keep reception & meeting rooms sharp
– Own logistics, scheduling & supplies
– Support teams, solve problems & save the day
– Follow visitor/security procedures with a smile
– Stay organized, helpful, and always professional

Requirements:

– 3+ years in admin/customer service
– Strong people & multitasking skills
– Tech-savvy (MS Office, phone systems)
– Detail-driven, trustworthy, and proactive
– Post-secondary Admin qualification
– Valid driver’s license
