Kalafhi Day Hospital’s state-of-the-art Physical Rehabilitation Department is expanding. We invite dedicated professionals to join our dynamic, patient-centred team.

Core Duties

• Perform comprehensive assessments and craft individualised treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based musculoskeletal, neuro-rehab and cardio-pulmonary interventions.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team (orthopaedics, OT, speech, nursing).
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programmes and injury prevention.
• Maintain meticulous electronic medical records and contribute to quality-improvement audits.

Essential Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) from a recognised institution.
• Current (or eligible) registration with the Botswana Health Professions Council (BHPC).
• Minimum two (2) years post-internship clinical experience; day-hospital or sports-rehab exposure advantageous.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Compassionate bedside manner, strong manual-therapy skills and commitment to CPD.
