KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Assists with administrative tasks such as quotes, filing, photocopying, and data entry.

•Answer, screen, and direct phone calls.

•Manage incoming and outgoing mail.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

•Provide support to other departments as needed.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Setswana.

•Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.

•Must have excellent admin skills.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

•Diploma in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies or related field.

•Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.
