Key Responsibilities:

– Developing client prospecting strategies
– Collaborating with brokers and internal agents to bring in new business
– Proposing customized products based on corporate client needs
– Recommending customer relationship management strategies for client retention
– Identifying advertising opportunities and recommending suitable channels
– Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance and efficiency
– Conducting competitor analysis and recommending strategies for competitive advantage
– Assisting in the creation of new products through customer feedback and market trends analysis
– Building and maintaining a pipeline of new and existing clients

Requirements:

– Degree in Marketing or equivalent
– 3 years of experience in selling insurance
– 6 BGCSE levels, including English and Mathematics
– Strong communication and persuasion skills
– Relationship-building abilities
– Critical thinking and analytical skills
– Organizational skills
– Willingness to travel when necessary
