The company is looking for a Trade and Marketing Officer, reporting to the Brand and Marketing Manager. The role involves coordinating trade and marketing functions, working with the sales, marketing, and distribution teams to align strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

– Implementing trade marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and achieve sales targets.
– Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales goals.
– Conducting market analysis to track trends and competitor activities.
– Managing trade promotions, product placements, and retailer relationships.
– Developing promotional materials and executing trade marketing campaigns.
– Training retail staff, negotiating with distributors, and ensuring brand consistency.
– Preparing reports on performance metrics and optimizing trade marketing efforts.
– Managing the trade marketing budget effectively.

Requirements:

– Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
– Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within an FMCG environment.
– 3–5 years in trade marketing, sales, or related fields, preferably in FMCG or dairy industry.
