Site Agent – Civil Water Projects

About the Role

We require a capable and experienced Site Agent to supervise civil works and ensure project targets for water and wastewater infrastructure are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations, logistics, and subcontractor activities.

• Monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions.

• Review construction drawings and ensure adherence to design.

• Coordinate inspections and quality control with engineers.

• Maintain daily records, site instructions, and material deliveries.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Minimum Requirements

• B.Eng / BSc / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum of 10 years’ site experience.

• Must have worked on at least 2 water and wastewater projects.

• Proven ability to manage teams and ensure smooth site execution.

• Strong knowledge of construction practices and site logistics.
