Measurement Engineer / Quantity Surveyor (QS)

About the Role

We are seeking a professional Measurement Engineer / Quantity Surveyor to manage project costing, contracts, and valuations for civil and water infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs and engineer’s estimates.

• Monitor project costs, budgets, and progress claims.

• Evaluate contractor variations and claims.

• Support procurement of subcontractors and materials.

• Prepare cash flow projections and cost reports.

• Coordinate site measurements and valuations.

• Ensure compliance with contract conditions and pricing models.

Minimum Requirements

• BSc in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.

• 7 years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects.

• Registered with ERB or QSRC.

• Knowledge of FIDIC and public procurement standards.

• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
