Part of the US$18 billion O.P. Jindal Group, the Jindal Mansuela Energy Project holds a mining license for approximately 3 billion tonnes of coal in the East Mmambula Coal Field. The company plans to initially mine 4.5 million tonnes of coal per annum and establish a 600 MW power plant at Mmambula, along with supporting infrastructure. Jindal aims to establish a strong presence in Botswana and contribute significantly to nation-building through job creation and community empowerment.

To fulfill its mission of driving growth and development in the Mmambula Energy Project, Jindal invites qualified individuals to apply for the following positions:

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure quality of civil works at the power plant.
• Implement QA/QC plans, oversee testing, and maintain documentation.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in industrial fire response.
• Civil Engineering degree.
• 10+ years of experience in power plant construction QA/QC roles.
