Role Overview:

The Head Teacher will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the school. Reporting to the Board, they will be responsible for maintaining high standards in academic delivery, staff performance, student discipline, and community engagement, in line with the school’s ethos of integrity, excellence, and diversity.

Minimum Requirements:

. A Bachelor’s Degree in Education (or equivalent).
. At least 8 years’ experience in a senior educational leadership role.
. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
. Demonstrated ability to maintain academic standards and school discipline.
. Proven understanding of school operations, curriculum delivery, and teacher development.

Added Advantages:

. International school leadership or teaching experience.
. A recognised qualification in educational management or school leadership.
. Familiarity with Cambridge or international curricula.
. A keen interest in promoting sports and holistic development at school level.
