Qualifications:
Trade Test B (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning) or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
At least two (2) years’ work experience as Technical Assistant (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning) B3/2 salary scale or in a similar role.
Salary scale: B1 (P91,608 – P108,228) per annum.
Leave: 20 working days per annum.
Benefits:
a. Optional Contributory Medical Aid Scheme (Government pays 50% while employee pays 50%).
b. Contributory Pension Scheme (Government pays 15% while Employee pays 5%).
c. Housing and Upkeep Allowance of P366.70 per month.
Job Purpose:
Install and maintain air conditioners and refrigerators in the BDF to ensure achievement of set goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
a. Install and maintain air conditioners and refrigerators to ensure delivery of quality service.
b. Maintain the Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Section inventory to prevent loss of equipment and materials.
c. Compile and provide material specifications to guide decision making and ensure adequate supply.
d. Monitor adherence to safety standards to ensure compliance.
e. Set and verify Individual Performance Plan to ensure achievement of ZMG goals.
f. Competencies: job title training for Technical Assistants to improve skills and competencies.
