Qualifications:

Trade Test C (Bricklaying & Plastering) or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

At least two (2) years’ work experience at B1 salary scale as Craft Improver or equivalent role.

Benefits:

a. Optional Contributory Medical Aid Scheme (Government pays 50% while employee pays 50%).
b. Contributory Pension Scheme (Government pays 15% while Employee pays 5%).
c. Housing and Upkeep Allowance of P398.80 per month.

Job Purpose:

Provide bricklaying and plastering services in the BDF to ensure achievement of maintenance goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

a. Deliver bricklaying and plastering maintenance activities in the BDF to ensure delivery of quality service.
b. Maintain the bricklaying section inventory to prevent equipment loss.
c. Compile and provide material specifications to guide decision making.
d. Monitor adherence to safety standards to ensure compliance.
e. Implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure maintenance of standards of service.
f. Set and verify Individual Performance Plan to ensure achievement of S4 CMR goals.
g. Competencies: job title training for Craft Improvers to improve skills and competencies.
