Columba Security (Pty) Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Instructor to lead physical and tactical training for security personnel.

Minimum Requirements

• A university degree in Sports Sanda, Taekwondo, or Martial Arts
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in security training or combat instruction
• Strong background in self-defense and hand-to-hand combat techniques
• Ability to train personnel in controlling and restraining violent individuals
• Excellent communication and instructional skills

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional training sessions for new and existing security guards
• Teach combat skills and tactical techniques to prevent or stop attacks by criminals
• Develop and assess trainees in areas including surveillance, access control, and incident response
• Ensure all trainees understand and comply with security protocols and procedures
• Organize practical simulations to improve real-time response and readiness
