VACANCY 

Job Summary:

We are looking for six (6) skilled Millwrights to join our maintenance and engineering team. The ideal candidates should have practical experience in industrial mechanical maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining & repairing mechanical systems, machinery, & equipment to ensure optimal plant performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, & repair industrial machinery & mechanical systems.

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on plant equipment.

• Diagnose faults and perform mechanical repairs on pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, & motors.

• Align and calibrate machines and mechanical components.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, & equipment manuals.

• Ensure work is carried out safely and complies with company & industry safety standards.

• Assist in equipment upgrades and plant improvement projects.

• Maintain detailed maintenance records and report any critical issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Millwright in a mining, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environment.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on experience with rotating equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, & fabrication.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces or at heights.

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or standby as required.

Qualifications:

• Trade Test Certificate as a qualified Millwright (essential).

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field is an advantage.

• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in industrial environments.
