AMADEUS-CERTIFIED FLIGHT BOOKING CONSULTANT – Chloorokop Travel & Tours

VACANCY 

Responsibilities:

• Book and issue flight tickets using Amadeus GDS

• Assist clients with flight inquiries, fares, and itineraries

• Process flight changes, cancellations, and refunds

• Provide expert travel advice on routes, airlines, and visa requirements

• Ensure accurate ticketing and compliance with airline policies

• Handle payments securely via Stripe, PayPal & other platforms

Requirements:

• Amadeus Certification (MUST HAVE)

• 1-3 years experience in flight booking & ticketing

• Strong knowledge of airline regulations & ticketing policies

• Excellent customer service & problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail & ability to multitask

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
