Blitz Services, Botswana’s leading ginger juice producer, is seeking an experienced and visionary Strategic Consultant to spearhead the operational and financial turnaround of its manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the operationalisation of our recently installed Hot Fill and Pasteurization Plant.

• Diagnose financial inefficiencies and design a robust cost control and revenue growth strategy.

• Conduct a full diagnostic review of the company’s financial health, operations, and market position.

• Develop and implement a turnaround strategy focused on profitability, cost optimization, and revenue growth.

• Identify new market opportunities, distribution channels, and product innovations.

• Establish sustainable financial models and reporting systems.

• Mentor and guide the management team toward achieving key performance targets.

• Streamline supply chain and production systems to reduce downtime and improve output.

• Develop product innovation and market expansion strategies for national and regional growth.

• Provide leadership training to the local management team to strengthen in-house capacity.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 35 years of senior-level experience in manufacturing.

• A proven track record of turning around underperforming plants or facilities.

• Strong knowledge of automated production systems, manufacturing systems, and process optimization.

• Demonstrated experience working in developing markets or multicultural environments, preferably in the Middle East, or Asia.

• Ability to mentor and upskill local teams while implementing structural and strategic reforms.

• Financial acumen and business development insight to align operational goals with market potential.

• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
