We’re looking for a leader to be based in the heart of our home, Maun. Someone who embodies the grace of the Thamalakane, the strength of the acacia, and the timeless presence of the baobab.

A person attuned to nature’s rhythms, who understands the fragile harmony of ecosystems and the symphony of the wild.

High Level Focus

• Lead the Botswana business and company Strategy

• Grow the brand’s reputation and reach

• Balance priorities between conservation and hospitality

• Develop short- to mid-term strategies to meet goals

• Ensure efficient business processes are in place

• Oversee forecasting and key business relationships

Requirements

• 10 – 15 years’ experience in hospitality safari operations, primarily in the private sector, with 10 years in a senior operational leadership role.
