VACANCY 

Main purpose of the Job:

Provides technical assistance and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, and peripherals, ensuring smooth operation and optimal user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving

• Hardware and Software Support

User Support:

• Inventory and Asset Management

• Backup and restore data

• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues

• Assist with the implementation of new computer systems and projects

• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

• Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician

• Excellent knowledge of hardware, software, and computer networks

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Knowledge of scripting and automation tools is an advantage

• Valid Driver’s license

• Fluency in English (additional local languages an advantage)
