As Chief Operations Officer, you will be at the forefront of driving our operational efficiency. You will lead a high-performing team, oversee cross-border transaction processing and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize end-to-end operations for money transfer.

• Drive continuous improvement in transaction processing.

• Oversee operational procedures in collaboration with compliance terms.

• Manage operational risk, ensure adherence to financial regulations and licensing requirements.

• Implement systems and processes to support growth across markets.

• Partner with product and tech teams to streamline customer and agent experiences.

• Monitor and provide insights and reporting to senior leadership.

• Mentor and develop a team of operations professionals across regions.

Requirements:

• Proven 15+ years of experience in operations leadership within financial services.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field, Master’s degree is an added advantage.

• Strong understanding of cross-border payments and regulatory frameworks.

• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience scaling operations in a high-growth environment.

• Familiarity with digital platforms and automation tools is a plus.
