DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate will:

Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners (e.g., travel affiliates, corporate partners, online platforms) to expand market reach.
-
Develop and implement channel strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
-
Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners to ensure mutual business success.
-
Monitor channel performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports on KPIs, trends, and forecasts.
-
Collaborate with sales teams to create partner-specific promotional campaigns and materials.
-
Resolve partner issues promptly and ensure high satisfaction levels.
-
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging channel opportunities.
-
Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, including terms, incentives, and SLAs.
-
Continuously identify opportunities to enhance channel efficiency and profitability.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
-
Experience: Minimum 3 years in channel development, partnership management, or business development within the travel/tourism sector.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
-
Proven expertise in developing and managing distribution channels (B2B/B2C).
-
Strong understanding of travel industry dynamics and partner ecosystems.
-
Track record of achieving channel growth targets and revenue goals.
-
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
