Cresta Marakanelo Limited is looking for a seasoned, driven, and customer-focused Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and elevate the performance of F&B operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable brand committed to excellence in service and innovation.

Your Role and Impact

• Oversee seamless operation of all F&B outlets, ensuring top-tier service delivery and guest satisfaction.

• Drive profitability by managing costs, margins, and sales performance with effective planning and control systems.

• Lead the Banqueting Department, making sure venues are well-maintained and event-ready.

• Ensure consistent supply and inventory control of consumables and non-consumables across departments.

• Enforce hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards following statutory and company policies.

• Supervise, train, and motivate F&B staff to uphold professional appearance and service etiquette.

• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• A Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Food Service Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in a hospitality or food service environment.

• Strong knowledge of current F&B trends and operational best practices.
