1. REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in BOTH Long-Term and Short-Term Insurance

• Minimum 5 years senior management experience is a prerequisite

• Minimum qualification: AIISA/ACII

• Mature adult above 40 years

• Clean driver’s license a requirement

2. KEY COMPETENCES

• Extensive knowledge of BOTH Long-Term and Short-Term insurance products

• Extensive knowledge of the Botswana insurance market

• Extensive knowledge of governance, compliance and regulatory matters

• Extensive knowledge of NBFIRA operations

• Leadership, management and team effectiveness skills

• Effective planning and organization skills

• Effective top level written and verbal communication skills
