VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT – PROJECT MANAGERS X4

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Project Manager leads and coordinates all project phases, ensuring completion in line with technical, financial, and regulatory standards. The role requires effective stakeholder communication, performance monitoring, and on-site leadership.

BRIEF JOB PROFILE OF POSITION

Key responsibilities will include:
· Develop and implement construction schedules, work plans, and logistics
· Manage budgeting, cost control, and procurement coordination…
· Conduct regular reviews and site visits to monitor implementation
· Oversee risk management, contract administration, and change control
· Lead internal and external project meetings and technical briefings
· Prepare project reports for senior management and stakeholders
· Coordinate multiple teams and ensure project objectives are met
· Manage claims, delays, and conflict resolution on-site

· Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations
· Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
· Cross border experience
