RECEPTIONIST

VACANCY 

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
• Answer and route incoming calls appropriately
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
• Handle incoming and outgoing mall and deliveries
• Schedule and manage appointments and meetings
• Provide general administrative support to staff and management
• Uphold confidentiality and company image at all times

Minimum Requirements:

• Certificate in Business Administration or Office Administration or related
• Proven relevant work experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
