SALES REPRESENTATIVE (1)

As a Sales Representative at Exclusive Tiles, your responsibilities will include:

* Engaging with walk-in clients and building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
* Maintaining an up-to-date customer database. Follow up on leads & inquiries.
* Providing product knowledge and guidance to clients to assist them in choosing the best tile and bathroom solutions.
* Preparing quotations, processing orders, and tracking sales performance.
* Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
* Visiting potential project sites, designers, and contractors to grow the business network.

Qualifications:

* At least 2 years of proven work experience sales (experience in the tile, sanitaryware, or interior design industry will be an added advantage)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident, customer-focused, and results-driven.
* Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple clients at once.
* Basic computer literacy (MS Office, emails, sales software).
