VACANCY
AUDIT ASSISTANT
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Conduct internal audit as directed by Head Internal Auditor.
•Conduct stock take as and when required.
•Prepare detailed audit plan and maintain audit working papers.
•Determine whether operating policies and procedures are adequate to safeguard assets, evaluate internal control systems and suggest improvement.
•Any other relevant duties assigned
•Working knowledge in Excel, Word, Power point
•Knowledge in any accounting software
REQUIREMENTS
•Degree in Accounting, Auditing or related field with or without experience or AIT with 2 years’ experience
•Valid driver’s licence
•Result-oriented and committed to meet deadlines
•Good attitude and able to work in a team
•Ready to travel across Botswana and work away from duty station
•Candidates residing or willing to reside proximity to Gaborone will be given preference
