Galaxy Sports Bar is looking for a passionate and results-driven Bar Manager to join our team on a contract basis. If you’re a born leader with a strong background in bar management and hospitality, this is your chance to take charge of one of Jwaneng’s most prominent venues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and manage all daily bar operations
• Train, supervise, and service bar staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Innovate and update the drinks menu to enhance customer experience and profitability
• Monitor inventory, place timely orders, and control stock levels
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Maintain consistent quality and presentation of all beverages
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for events and promotions
• Coordinate with management and event teams for smooth service delivery
• Implement promotional and initiatives to increase bar revenue

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of a Diploma in Hospitality Management, Bartending, or a related field
• Strong and proven experience in Bar Management
• Solid understanding of cocktails, beverage service, and bar operations
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
