MARKETING CONSULTANT

Regen Institute is committed to “Unlocking Africa’s Potential,” starting with learners from rural and urban areas of Limpopo and beyond. As part of our growth plan, we are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Consultant to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious 2026 student enrollment target plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to implement the college’s marketing strategies.
• Create and execute a Program of Action with clear, achievable targets.
• Drive student recruitment campaigns in Limpopo (Sekhukhune, Capricorn, Vhembe, Mopani, Waterberg) and across provincial borders (e.g., Thabazimbi).
• Manage and monitor all social media platforms (Snapchat, TikTok, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram) daily.
• Optimize the college website to improve online engagement and enquiries.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools and community stakeholders.
• Capture and manage daily database entries (student leads, walk-ins, follow-ups).
• Send daily SMS campaigns, make follow-up calls, and track social media inquiries.
• Submit weekly performance reports to the Marketing Manager.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and security of student database information.
• Assist in the establishment and operation of the College Call Center.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric) – A relevant Marketing or Business qualification will be an advantage.
-Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or student recruitment (experience in the education sector will be preferred).
-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment/sales targets.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluent in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus).
-Strong social media and digital marketing skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM/database systems.
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records.
-Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision.
-Willingness to travel locally and occasionally across provinces.
