Role: Senior Operations Manager – 6 Month Contract

This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the Bank’s core operational activities, including:

• Managing loan disbursements and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Overseeing collateral management and related compliance.
• Driving process efficiency, ensuring all operations are aligned with NDB’s strategic goals.
• Leading operational teams to deliver excellence in execution and service.
• Managing risk and controls across operational processes.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and effectiveness.
