POST: TEMPORARY CLEANER III— MASUNGA X 6

North East District Council invites North East District residents only for the above mentioned post tenable in Masunga village.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE DUTY

• To provide cleaning services at NEDC RAC offices.

DUTIES:

• Cleans the administration office, office furniture, toilets and other ancillary rooms daily in accordance with prescribed standards.
• Prepares tea for relevant officers and during meetings.
• Washes and irons linen used.
• Collects and ensures safe custody and availability of cleaning materials, and reports any inadequacies to supervisor.
• Prepares and organizes venue for meetings.
• Secures windows and doors and switches off utilities before knocking off.
• Undertakes any other related duties as directed by management.

REQUIREMENTS

• In possession of valid Omang Card
• Aged between 18 years and above
• Physical and mental fitness
• Of sober habit
• Proof of residence (stamped letter from Kgosi/VDC)

QUALIFICATION: PSLE/JC only.

DURATION: 6 Months

SALARY: A3 (P34, 740 – P39, 450) per annum

LEAVE: 20 working days per annum

EXPERIENCE: No experience required
