SALES ASSISTANT

Builders HUB is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service, assisting customers with product selection, and ensuring a smooth sales process while upholding our company’s values of quality, service, and affordability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide product information, recommendations, and sales support.
• Process customer purchases and maintain accurate sales records.
• Ensure shelves are stocked, displays are attractive, and products are well presented.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.

REQUIREMENTS:

☑ Minimum Form 5 / BGCSE or equivalent qualification.
☑ Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in retail sales (hardware or building materials industry preferred).
☑ Excellent customer service and communication skills.
☑ Strong sales, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
☑ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
☑ Basic computer literacy (POS systems knowledge is a plus).
