The positions are based at the Mine Site located between Maun and Sehithwa in Ngamiland. To be successful, you must enjoy getting out on site and have the enthusiasm, and interest to work in a remote location, as well as deliver in a multicultural work environment. 1. CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

BASIC FUNCTION OF THE POSITION:

The Construction Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects related to roads, earthworks, and civil engineering. This role involves ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and construction management, with a particular focus on roads and earthworks.

CORE DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:

• Driving safety, health, environment, and community standards with visible risk oversight.
• Coordinating all construction activities to meet design, schedule, and budget.
• Communicating progress and resolves concerns with clients and project teams.
• Ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and company-specific standards.
• Anticipating issues, ensures high-quality design and equipment standards.
• Delivering structured updates and tracking scope changes for management.
• Managing on-site personnel and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
• Following company procedures, duties, and ethical practices.
• Providing strong leadership, technical literacy, communication, and pressure-handling.
• Expertise in mining construction, safety standards, and earthworks.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR EFFECTIVE PERFORMANCE:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Trade or technical qualification/ relevant Diploma.

Minimum Experience and Knowledge:

• 5+ years’ experience as a supervisor in the construction industry is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and legal regulations.
