CREDIT AND OPERATIONS MANAGER

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

CureBridge Finance is a start-up micro-lender that is part of the group of companies. Reporting to the Group General Manager, the Credit and Operations Manager will initially play a critical role
in structuring loan schemes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing the policies that underpin our operations. The Credit and Operations Manager will then be responsible for the growth and establishment of CureBridge Finance through operational efficiency and effectiveness.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA.
• 5+ years’ experience in financial operations, compliance, or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of Botswana’s financial regulatory environment.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate agreements and develop financial policies.
