| Manage the company’s crushing operations to meet required financial, production and safety targets. To ensure that there is a safe working environment for employees and contractors at all company’s operation. To manage relationships with customers and other key stakeholders.

| Duties and Responsibilities |

· Set production standards for quality, safety, output and work processes. · Ensure all employees and contractors meet these standards.
WE ARE STILL MAKING CVs FOR P120. COVER LETTERS FOR P60 · Manage all activities and productivity of the site to ensure all performance measures are achieved. · Plan production to meet customer demands. · Produce according to plan and / or to meet demand. · Maintain stockpiles to the agreed levels.
· Ensure quality standards are achieved on all products. · Execute all responsibilities in terms of the Mine Health and Safety Act, as amendment, Section 3(1)(a) appointment. · Ensure that all employees and contractors: o Work in a safe manner and comply with all SHE policies and procedures. o Have the right safety equipment and use it in safe and proper manner. o Are certified competent to operate applicable plant and machinery. o Ensure total compliance with all the requirements of the MHS Act and Anglo Safety standards. · Maintain the site to the specified housekeeping standards.
· Assist with setting the annual budget for the Site. · Ensure achievement of the identified financial measures each month. · Ensure management of all the costs in line with budget. · Review the management accounts and explain and / or action all areas of discrepancy Ensure the operation is equipped with the required plant, moving plant, trucks and equipment. · Ensure all of the above is in sound working order and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications or as required.
