FEEDMILL TRAINEES

The company is inviting applicants from suitably qualified candidates to be considered for the above position.
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented person to join our team.

JOB SUMMARY

To provide recent graduates with practical exposure and hands-on experience in feed mill operations, enabling them to gain technical and managerial knowledge in the feed manufacturing industry. The trainee will undergo a structured training program aimed at preparing them for a full-time position within the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the feed mill, including the preparation and mixing of feed.

• Support the Production Manager in monitoring the production process, ensuring product quality and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Participate in equipment maintenance schedules and assist in troubleshooting technical issues in the mill.

• Assist in preparing reports on production, quality control, and any other operational data required by management.

• Support the analysis of feed mill data to monitor productivity, efficiency, and waste reduction.

• Always ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations in the feed environment.

• Undergo training and development sessions on feed manufacturing processes, machinery operation, and quality assurance practices.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communicator, hardworking, agile, flexible and versatile

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• A degree in Animal /Poultry Science and Agriculture
